I am Linda Paden, Herbalist

I have been studying plants and herbs via The Herbal Academy Due to my own personal conditions and experience, I work primarily with low-nickel herbs. I use herbs to add flavor and spice to my life and to support my body in being well and balanced. I personally like using single herbs or simple formulas that are non-alcoholic including oils, vinegars, infusions, and teas.
